We contact you immediately, explain what's happened, and give you three options: wait for the original item, switch to an alternative we've already verified, or cancel with a full refund of any advance payment you've made. We don't sit on bad news.
For orders above KSh 20,000, we can structure a simple payment plan — typically a deposit at confirmation and the balance on delivery. We discuss this at the consultation stage so there are no surprises on either side.
