Our story

A family business built on Eldoret's trust

Seven years of honest work, one postcode, and a team that answers its own phone.

How Pixelpbeta started — and why it still runs the same way

Pixelpbeta opened its doors in 2017 on Uganda Road, Eldoret, founded by siblings who had spent years watching clients in their community receive mediocre service from businesses that treated the Rift Valley as a distant afterthought. The founding idea was simple: offer the same standards you'd expect from a trusted friend who happened to be a professional. That means calling back when you say you will, pricing honestly without burying costs in fine print, and knowing your clients well enough to anticipate their needs before they have to spell them out. In those seven years, Pixelpbeta has grown from a two-person operation handling local appointments to a five-member team that manages appointments, product sourcing, and on-site business support across the greater Eldoret area. Every team member is either family or someone who has worked alongside the founding siblings long enough to understand exactly what the name stands for. The azure-trust character of everything we do — from how we present costs to how we design our workspace — isn't a marketing angle; it's the practical result of building a business where word-of-mouth is the main growth engine.

Who we serve and how we work

Pixelpbeta's clients range from individual Eldoret households booking one-off consultations to small and medium businesses that rely on us for recurring supply runs and monthly on-site support. We serve clients within the greater Eldoret region — including estates along Kapsabet Road, the Uganda Road corridor, and the industrial area. We don't market ourselves as a national service provider, because being genuinely useful to the people in our postcode means more to us than a wider footprint we couldn't maintain honestly. Our process is straightforward: a first consultation (in person or by phone) to understand what you need, a written summary of scope and cost, your sign-off, and then delivery with a follow-up check-in once the job is done. What we don't do: we don't handle requests that require specialist licensing we don't hold, we don't promise delivery windows that depend entirely on third-party suppliers without flagging the uncertainty, and we don't take on more concurrent clients than we can serve properly. If you ask for something beyond our current capacity, you'll hear that directly — and you'll hear it fast.

“I've referred three colleagues to Pixelpbeta over the past two years and all three came back to thank me. That kind of consistent reliability in Eldoret is hard to find. They're honest about what they can and can't do, which is exactly what you want when real money is on the line.”
